I found a phone to pair on bluetooth on my motorola motoluxe how do i connect if it says paired but not connected???

Yes i just recently bought a motorola motoluxe and the camera stopped working. It says the appication camera (process com.android.camera) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. Forse close. Please if there is anyone out there that can help me.:(

Sometimes, when I turn on my WLAN, after a few seconds, it turns itself off again automatically. I need to restart the phone to get it to work again. What is the problem here? It is annoying that I need to restart.
