samsung galaxy s6 edge

I would like to hard reset my galaxy s6 edge but keep the photos in my gallery (whatsapp images, snapchat, screenshots etc).. Is that possible?

Hey hey guys! For the people who might have S6 edge and sometimes use it to play some games do you feel some overheat on it while playing games? Or this isn't normal?

I cant search for updates on my phone. Download updates manually, automatically or scheduled software updates dont respond.

tl;dr - my phone froze then went black and did not restart, no amount of button combinations will restart the device, has anyone ever had this problem and fixed it by just disconnecting the battery? Longer story My Galaxy S6 Edge has been freezing and restarting lately, normally gets stuck...
