I tried rooting my tablet with king root app that I downloaded from CIA developers and now it says custom binary blocked by frp lock. I know I forgot to unlock the O.E.M. unlocked in the developer options. Is there anyway I can still flash a recovery onto the tablet or fix it somehow?

Recently replaced my LG Gpad with a Galaxy Tab S2 Battery life has been a disappointment but the bigger problem has been the terrible wifi range. If I am close to the router I get full 4 bars. as soon as I move 2m away it drops to 2 bars. If i move to another room I'm getting 1 bar at best...
