Root 1.4.2 OTA happened on an OTA-blocked Nook

I had DeviceManagerService 2.3.4 frozen on my rooted Nook using Titanium Backup and it just did an OTA to version 1.4.2

Don't remember exactly how I had OTA's blocked on this device but I think I followed the directions at: How to block over-the-air updates (and keep root) on the NOOK Tablet - Liliputing

Not sure how to proceed. Thoughts?

I didn't know 1.4.2 was out until I saw this a few hours ago: [NC][1.4.1][1.4.2] ManualNooter 5.02.19 - xda-developers

If there's not enough info on restoring root in that thread, maybe Bobstro will enlighten us.

I just ran manual nooter 5.02.19 over the existing 1.4.2 version (no wipe) and it came up rooted showing version 1.4.2. From there I re-ran the OTA-block in Root Explorer and I'm back to version 9.9.9 again.

The ONLY thing I've done to block OTA updates is the registry database change using SQLite Editor to open devicemanager.db and change registry->com.bn.device.fota.mode from "auto" to "manual". So far, since June 2011, my NC, NT and NST have only updated when I've done it manually.
