1.6 messaging error...causing me immense headaches

Ever since the 1.6 update I have a trillion Force Close/Wait messaging crashes and multiple slow downs between txts. I am a heavy txter...I mean heavy. I'm talking 1500-2000 a week here...and this is slowing me down and really frustrating me. It does it when sending a txt and when receiving one.

Has anyone had similar issues?

My friend was having that problem as well until he started purging his texts every few days. Are you keeping all the texts, or are you deleting when they get to be a lot?
