Help 10.1 ICS WIFI problem

Hi,
I've just updated my Galaxy Tab 10.1 to 4.0.4 via OTA. The update went fine but wifi doesn't work any more (it wont turn on). I've tried rebooting and done a factory reset but it still doesn't work!

Any ideas?

SOLVED

I think the problem might have related to the fact that my device was rooted (with stock rom)

I unrooted downgraded back to 3.2 following the instructions: [ACSyndicate] [How-To] Root/Unroot The SGT 10.1 GT-P7510 USA Retail WiFi Only - xda-developers. The 4.0.4 upgrade wasn't available via OTA (don't know why) so I downloaded from SamMobile and upgraded via ODIN.

WIFI is now working
