Hello, I have an original 10.1 Tab I believe I bought in 2011. It's recently started freezing and staying frozen.. When it freezes, some things will still work, like I could tap an adress bar and the adress bar will highlight but I'm unable to type anything, or I could bring up the turn off menu but not actually be able to turn it off by tapping, so I always end up holding down the power button to reset it.
It seems to happen when the keyboard is up but I've also picked it up and it be frozen on the home screen. I've restored to factory settings twice. Once and updated afterwards and again with no updates at all and it's still happening. Anything I can do? Thanks for any replies!
