[Fake Ads]

Several times a day, if I use Chrome or Internet, I get fake ads claiming I have won Apple products. Ran malware and I cannot find the issue.

I am getting ads from [moderator redacted] on Galaxy S6 Edge

You've either got some adware, or a malware problem (I removed the link in case it's malicious). You can try clearing the caches and data for your browsers, but if you get the pop-ups from multiple browsers, it's probably an app that's running by itself.
