Ok so I'm pretty sure we're not gonna be able to fix 1080p. All of my testing and research lead me to believe that something about the 4.2 and 4.3 cameras aren't sitting well with jb 4.1.2 causing the tinting malfunction. If you install camera jb+ or camera 4.1 you can record with no tint and seemingly it works, but if you try to play the video it crashes. The problem is they are both older models from 4.1.1 and for some reason don't seem compatible for playback on 4.1.2. This is why I believe it is working on hks build and not bob's or pgs. Unless we can find a way to make a patch we're going to probably have to deal with 720. There have been problems with 1080p on other models with cm10 with reports of purple lines etc.
I think if we can edit the files pertaining to video playback formats we might have a chance. Another thing that you have to consider is Lg is licensed with Divx and it is thoroughly integrated into our phone along with drm. Divx is responsible for HD media streaming and playback.
