Help 14 digit imei for lg motion

I recently tried to unlock the sim network. On my LG motion. Went to three services to no avail. They keep telling me that I must have a fifteen digit inside no. Mine has only fourteen. What do I do? Can anybody help me with this?

CDMA???? Pardon me for my ignorance, but. What does that mean?kd

it means you can't unlock the SIM, because SIM cards are for GSM/HPSA+. The card in the LG Motion is a UICC/ICCID card for CDMA/LTE.

Bottom line, what you are doing won't work...

If you want a GSM phone where you can switch carriers best bet is to buy an unlocked phone from AT&T or T-Mobile or one that's marked international penta-band.
