Try reformating with a portable R/W device on a PC ...

Make sure it is formatted Fat32 not Fat.

thank you for your help.
one trouble is i tried to format the card with a sd reader on a pc.
but it still shows 2gb capacity.
is reformating some extra feature? i didnt see/.?

Ok you should know that SD Cards are something else than Hard Drives, there are some special SD Formatting tools out there like this one:

"SD Formatter"

This software formats all SD memory cards and SDHC memory cards using a formatting program that complies with official SD memory card requirements. SD formatting provides quick and easy access to your SD memory card. This program may only be used on Windows

Try formatting in ntfs, but fat 32 should work.

FYI - NTFS is a journaling file system and isn't recommended on removable media due to it's increased read/writes
