1ghz VS Tegra 2 - Inc2 VS Bionic

I have been holding out for a Bionic or Targa because of the Tegra 2 processor. But I am tired of waiting. I am thinking of going Incredible 2 or Thunderbolt.

Can someone tell me-- will the traditional 1ghz processor go out of date much faster than the Tegra 2? I just don't want a phone which is totally outdated in a year. My Eris could barely handle the very first update, much less anything now.

well i can tell you this much, if your looking to get the best out of your device, to root, and rom it, i would suggest staying with HTC, cause as of right now we cant be too certain if moto will change their bootloader policy.

Every android phone is outdated after about 6 months, so regardless your going to get a phone that will be outdated very quickly but dual cores are now the big thing. have you looked into samsung? or LG? depending on who your carrier is, i would def check them out
