1x1 or 1x2 calendar widget?

Is there a calendar widget that would take 1x2 at most? I'd be glad for any recommendations.

ok, well on my phone I can make a 1x2 calendar widget just using the standard calendar app

I see but I'll need a 3rd party app (didn't find a way to configure the default widgets to be smaller than 1x3).

I'm using Calendar Pad. I'm assuming you want the widget to just have the date? This will work and it's a nice looking widget.

txrxio, KendallParis: I'm happy with the default calendar application, I'm just looking for a small calendar widget (possibly showing the current date plus one upcoming event).

That's why I suggested it. Don't worry about the actual application, just use the widget.

Calengoo has 2x2 as the smallest. but it has a nice variety.

Day widget (4x1), month widget (4x3, 4x4) week widget (4x3, 4x4) agenda widget (2x2, 2x3, 4x3), and tasks widget (2x2) . In the month 4x4 widget you can tap a single day to directly open it.

Jorte can work in conjunction with the normal calendar app rather than as a full replacement

Try SmoothCalendar. It's 1x4, shows the date to the far left. you can set it up to show 3, 4, 5, or 6 events..although anything more than 3 events makes the text too small.

CalWidget (free) has a 1x2 widget.

Hey Borek, when you go down to the bottom and "add a widget" just add the "Agenda" widget. It shows only the current day and any events occuring and only takes up 1x2, it' sync with the default calendar. Too easy!
