Are there any roms that look like the Stock 2.2 from Samsung? Thanks

I can only assume (you know how that goes) you want the speed of a custom ROM and the fee/look of stock, right? If that is the case, just keep it stock and change your kernel to something faster. Kernels are the same flashing process. GL
