2.2 update installation keeps failing!

I did a factory reset on my Epic 4G and got the automatic 2.2 installation pop-up. Then my phone trys the install 2.2 but I keep getting installation aborted (code 7). Has anyone seen this? My phone was rooted I wonder that's causing the issue. I would think that factory reset should unroot the phone, but I could be wrong. Any ideas why I am getting this error and how I can solve this issue?
