Help 2.2 Upgrade Working

I am on the SaskTel network and own a Galaxy. I upgraded about 10 days ago through Kies and everything is working perfectly. I really notice how much longer my battery lasts on a charge. Am I in the minority or are there others out there who have upgraded with no negative results? It would appear from the threads that everyone out there is having problems with the 2.2 upgrade including a lot of Bell customers. I have never considered myself lucky but now I am wondering. Hmmmmmmmm

Bell's initial 2.2 release was very problematic but they have recently released a newer version (UGJL2) and it has been problem free with improved battery life. (for me anyways)

I got 2.2 upgrade here in india and even my phone seems to hve a better battery life compared to 2.1, despite all the issues i have read in the forum. Howevet my phone does see to lag a wee bit..wht abt urs??. Any clue on how to fix it

My phone battery went down the drain (not literally) after the upgrade. It's usable, but I used to be able to go for 3 days with a single charge....

As for the lag, my phone started to lag after the upgrade to froyo as well. Didn't have to use any lagfix when I was back on ZSJG4. But the phone is once again smooth as silk after upgrading to JPY (2.2.1)

Whats the status on the phone to date seeing how its been a few days? Are you running JL2? From what I've read the newest update for the sasktel carriers has been pretty good for the most... Anything to report?? Thanks!

No problems to date. Long life on battery. I am a pretty basic user but my emails etc. are working great.

I downloaded 2.2 to my phone just last night, Everything seems to be working better... All except for my text message icon doesnt seem to be going away until I reply with one back, or clear the message with the pull down menu. It used to disappear right as soon as I started typing a message. How about anyone else? Is this happening to you?
