The 2.3.4 update is out today for o2 phones - I just downloaded and installed.

Still waiting on Three UK. Usual story, been told early this week, now being told that the update is with HTC and we are waiting for them to release it. What do the carriers gain from putting this crap on the handset? What do they do to it which needs to be tested so slowly?
