Hi. On my Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G, when I was setting a wallpaper it gave me the option to make it static or scrolling. Without thinking I checked Static and "Don't show this again" and now by default. Every wallpaper I set is static. Now you may be thinking: "This idiot actually wants a scrolling wallpaper?". I just want it to give me the option again because some wallpapers are really wide and wouldn't make sense to only see the middle of the image. Thanks
