I read in a blog that 2.3.6 official update OTA and via kies is available in batches. Has anyone updated their firmware and what are the changes with this update?

News was there in almost all the blogs.. So its a false news??? I am in a plan to update to singapore 2.3.6 firmware. Shall I proceed with this of have to wait for the Indian version of the update?
