2.3.7 on ascend m860???

i have a huawei ascend m860 currently running 2.3.4 i just use it for online or music and to experiment i was wondering if theres a newer version than 2.3.4 currently avail for the ascend and links will be grateful also using a set cpu whats the highest processor speed i could get?? im kinda a phone noob so im just experimenting any help is appreciated
 
i was wondering if it was possible to get 2.3.7 on the huawei ascend and if not whats the highest available i currently have 2.3.4 what would y'all recommend?? and links are helpful thanks
 
Looking on the All Things Root subforum. It's all right there. I believe 2.3.5 is the latest version available for the Ascend. CM7.2 0913 build is overlooked at 710 if I remember correctly, and I think the 0912 build goes to 748. And you don't need SetCPU, It's built into the ROM.
