Help 2.3 update

I called three uk today to see when 2.3 would be rolling out and they said that 2.3 was already out. i never had a text to confirm this so without calling i would not of know. Any way when i connect my x10 (which is rooted and on 2.2) to pc companion it said i was up to date...

What do i do in this situation?

Finally got the time to try this and viola.. I now have 2.3.3 yipeeee!!! Now for all the redownloading of my apps etc.. but hey I have 2.3 now

I have called three and they are having trouble updating my phone. So it might be getting sent off so I need to know if I have done a factory reset and done a repair via pc companion will this remove all things to do witb root access ect...?

Hi, pc companion said that mine was up to date. I did the "repair software" and it updated to 2.3. I backed my phone up first (back up and restore) but lost root in the update (not that bothered as 2.3 is cool). Im on T mob though. Good luck .

I have done a repair an I am back on stock 2.1 but its crap afrer being rooted. I just can't seem to update to 2.3
