2 Foot drop broke my screen

$99/Asurion - just did that drill. The insurance was worth it. Unfortunately, it was my 2nd claim in 12 months so I can't regain coverage until October. (the previous claim was a bad idea - I could have bought my old HTC Inc. for the cost of the deductible.)

I'm being extra careful with this one. I have the Nillkin hard case AND just switched to the Nillkin screen protector.

I also have the new Seidio "Active" case on order and a Nillkin TPU. I want to try out different cases. The Seidio seems like it will be extra rugged.

My fiancee just dropped her phone w/gorilla glass yesterday and shattered it too. It's still glass.

I'm using the thin Verizon kickstand case as well but I ALSO bought the insurance from Best Buy just in case something like this were to happen. I'll keep the insurance on for the next 6 months or so until the Razr goes down in price on Ebay and then I'll drop it and wing it from there. It probably just hit the thing just in the right spot to break it. Still wondering why they don't just make the screens out of some durable plastic with a scratch proof surface....seems with the tech today that surely there's got to be a glass like plastic that performs the same in clarity and scratch resistance and touch sensitivity.

Hey sportster, can u give me the name of ur kickstand case as well as a puck or link if possible?

Thanks
