Help 2 minor problems

Hi all,

As title says got two small issues...

Whenever I try play you tube videos in hi res in takes ages to load and sometimes it doesn't even load any ideas?

Second issues I get a lot of static in the ear piece when on a phone call but if I put it on speaker phone no problems any idea how to sort this out

Are you using wifi connection for youtube hd. because some times with 3g you and lose your connection and the hd video is a larger file so it will take longer to download
