2 MTP and 1 Samsung driver !

Hi! Happy new Year!
My Samsung SII is not recognized by my machine. In Device Manager I find 2 MTP usb entries.Kies has also installed its Samsung driver.
If I uninstall the current driver -the one that cannot install the device- the phone is recognized and installed right away. Is there a faster work-around ?

Hello wight. Welcome to Android Forums. I'm betting there is an easier way.. yes. It could be as simple as entering your settings and setting the S2 to a setting that's NOT charge when it's connected to your PC. You will want to check into your S2 area for the exact settings. There are a number of different S2's so please follow the link for your phone. Android Phones - Android Forums
