I have 1 Jitterbug Android phone, 1 Samsung Android phone. Each has a different number, and receives different text messages. I would like to have each phone receive calls only for the unique number, but have each phone receive the text messages for both numbers. How do I do that? Thank you.

In the messaging app, you can't as it can only receive messages sent to that device.
However if you're using the Google messaging app you can pair another device to receive and send messages via a browser. But I'm not sure if the Jitterbug will be able to do this as I suspect it has limited functionality.

or you can use the whatsapp app for text messages. however the person sending the message needs to use whatsapp to do this.
