When I charge my phone when its off, it like turns on to this half-lit glowing black screen the whole entire night its charging. I dont get it. Also, my wifi goes out and then full bars every 5 seconds. Causes videos to constantly load and buffer. I dont get it because my router is like 10 feet from me. I think the wifi radio on the one v isnt the best, idk.

Turn off is actually just a deep sleep. It never turns all the way off. Turn on them hold power the usual pop up will come keep holding them another pop up will come with a count down, keep holding. This is a hard reboot, the equivalent of a battery pull, this should fix your issues
