Help 2 problems

My first one is/ I have tried two different lock screen apps and with both when I try to listen to my voicemail it goes back to the lock screen and stops the voicemail when I put it to my ear.

2nd/ I keep getting a Facebook book chat icon in my notification bar saying that I need to open my browser to continue my connection to wifi.

Any ideas?

No idea on the first since I don't use voicemail.

On second, it only happens to me when I connect to a WiFi with secondary passwords, like those where you have to go to a webpage to sign in. Typically it is dismissed as soon as I sign in.
