Help 2 problems

recently bought a xperia arc s, and I have two problems:
1: when I put it to charge can not use it, it freezes or begins to pass different screens automatically unless I touch.

2: when I read the mails can't zoom, the same way I do with the Explorer orpictures or videos.

Let me try to answer the best way possible:
1- Does that happen when you put it to charge with he wall charger and/or the USB cable? Have you tried a different charger as well?

2- The Email app on the menu doesn't have the zoom option. You will need to open your emails using the browser for this.

When charge usb no problem, but the charging is very slow, the problem only appears when I charge it with electricity.

do you have a original charger?

Because I have the same problem with a not original charger, while with the original it works without problems...

The wall charger that you have is it a one piece charger or the two parts? (USB cable and the adapter to connect to the wall) If is the latter try using a different wall adapter to see if that is the problem.
