2 Questions about performance

I am coming from a Droid Charge (rooted with a custom ROM). I'm happy with the performance of the phone overall except for two things.

1.) The phone slows down noticeably when using a live wallpaper (scrolling or swiping through homescreens slows down somewhat)

2.) When reopening dolphin browser after running a couple other apps the browser has to reload everything which can take from several seconds up to as many as 10-15 seconds.

I believe both of these issues are due to the Charge's low RAM (512MB). Will the 1GM on the Droid Razr likely solve one or both of these issues?

I ran LWP on the handset and experienced no lag at all.

The LWP are not the best looking (in my opinion) I was hoping for at least the Neural Network but it's absent :(

I may be wrong, but I believe the 2nd issue is just because of the way Dolphin is implemented.

As for Live Wallpapers, while the idea is nice, I've never found a device that doesn't lag when using a LWP, even my Tegra 2 Xoom. Maybe with the lower resolution screen and updated chipset it will be smoother.

Well, I can't answer specifically for the RAZR, but I've yet to find a live wallpaper that causes any kind of lag on my Bionic so I would assume that the RAZR will perform even better.
