I have a new Android 4.4 KitKat I purchased from Amazon. I don't know much more or any more about it other it has AllDayMall on the back, 8gb and it's 9 ".

I keep getting a popup sating "unfortunately, .com Android server has stopped"
and How do you delete a bookmark. I have read online but can't seem to do it. I am only 71yrs old and am not real good at these things.

Thanks

welcome to AF!!!!!!!!!

on your amazon account you should be able to see what purchases you made and it should tell you what device you bought.

is this a phone or tablet? what were you doing when you see the popup?

and is this a bookmark in your browser or on your screen? if it is on your screen, you most likely can delete it by long pressing on the bookmark icon. you should get a popup asking if you want to delete it or not.

edit: i just googled alldaymall and i found this:http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&field-brandtextbin=Alldaymall&page=1&rh=n:172282 is one of these yours?

This is chinese made tablet that allday manufacturers. With amazon you want to make sure you purchased it from allday, not another seller. They have decent reviews, as most chinese run very similiar cpu and processors, you want a company that does not use a cheap factory cutting corners to save production costs. We personally, have a QA team and test all of our tablets that we sell. If it has 4.4, you may have a quad core processor which is really good. We actually do not produce any quadcore tablets, we have a quadcore tv box with 4.4. Post a link to the tablet you actually purchased so I can take a look. A factory reset may fix this.

Return it and get a real tablet. This thing will be endless headaches until it finally ends up in the bottom of a drawer.

I personally would return it. You should not be having problems with a brand new tablet. This has a dual core processor and looks to be a decent tablet for the price. It is not comparable to a higher priced brand name tablet, but is a fraction of the price. I am not sure if this is a freak defect or is more common with their tablets. Amazon has a great return policy and I would ask for a return shipping label since this is not working properly
