2 year contract 2/ $50 plan

Is there any way I can get this bloody phone with a 2 year contract and not have to pay the $60 dollars for the classic plan? I go online to best buy/wirefly/staples/wherever, and I see the option to get this phone for $150 with a 2 year contract, but the plan is $60 instead of $50 =.=

After you pick the Nexus 4, it does now the total as $60. Click on Change Plan, select the "Value Unlimited", which is $50. The default plan they call "Classic Individual" and it's $60.

No idea what the difference is...
