21 hours of talk time and ICS "coming soon" might be enough to make me give up my Gnex. Can't wait for some reviews to verify on Verizons LTE network.

I compared both spec sheets (razr vs. Maxx) and the only differences that I can see are:
Same processor, same memory, same screen, same everything else.....
- battery size
- thickness
You forgot higher HD resolution screen. That's why I was curious on the processor in it. It needs better one than OMAP 4430.
It doesn't have a higher screen res, same screen.
Some of the hand's on articles from last night are confirming it's the same phone other than the bigger battery.
I don't understand why they jus didn't come out with it like this from the beginning. Almost seems like a scheme.
As far as I'm concerned, this is the first 4G phone that should be able to handle being run 100% of the time AS A 4G PHONE! As all of us who own 4G phones know, battery drain is a constant headache, and has contributed to the endless posts regarding battery management. The heart of any phone is it's battery, and it is a shame that many of us have to throttle back our phones just to be able to enjoy them for an entire work day. Heck...most of our phones couldn't make it through watching an entire movie without being plugged into a power source. LAME. All phones have pro's and con's, but I think this beast answers the biggest beef I have with 4G phones....battery life. Props to Motorola.
I was going to get the original Droid Razr but something told me to wait, I didn't like the way verizon was marketing it so hard its like they wanted to ged as many sold as possible in the quickest mount of time possible.
Could this Droid Razr Maxx be the reason why Verizon was marketing the Droid Razr so hard?
I don't like having stuff that's very mainstream and Verizons advertisement of the original droid Razr really threw me off, now I just don't kno if when i get the Maxx tht the Droid razr 2 will come out, with an HD screen 1.5 quad core processor 13 mp camera, and supersmart actions that can read your mind

Don't worry about it or give it a second thought. No matter what you get or when you get it, in the near future there will be something faster/quicker/bigger/more powerful or just plain more desirable than the phone you have at the time.
But then of course, you knew that....
Best of luck to ya,
That's true.
What interested me most was the Razr's build quality anyways (tend to drop phone; first Android),and thts not something that can be taken away. I was going to get the Razr for $299 so i guess i'll just get the Maxx and accept the extra battery
