my 32g sd card cant be formatted with a 2nd 3ext partition with result still "unformatted"

Take the card out of the phone and put it into the computer. (Use whatever adapter you need.)
Download the GPartEd iso, burn it to a CD and boot your computer with the CD. Use GPartEd to add the additional partition and format it to ext3.
