3.Have a complete battery charge or 70% or above
For the stock kindle fire: 1. Plug in via Micro USB 2.download kindle fire utility 0.9.6 3. press 3 and wait 5 minutes or less.
for the kindle fire hd: 1. Plug it in via USB 2. Download Root with restore by bin4ry and make a new folder and call it rooting and move to desktop 2. open up command prompt 3. type cd desktop/rooting and hit enter 4.then type RunMe.bat and press 1 and you should have root within 5 minutes or less. Please Note that your kindle fire hd will reboot.
