Root 2nd Init Rom Question

Just out of curiosity and to keep myself from doing something stupid, Are the CM themes compatible to all 2nd Init Roms? Right now I'm thinking yes as all these Roms are based off the same code but I could be wrong.

they are all based off the same code, but miui is in a league of its own, cm7 themes will not work on miui

What about liquid 2.6? Will the CM themes work on this one?
