3.5mm audio and bluetooth voice calls compatibility

If i have 3.5mm -> aux jack plugged into the phone for music, will this interfere will accepting / making calls through the car bluetooth while audio jack is plugged in?

(I do not have A2DP on my car bluetooth thus using to 3.5mm -> aux for music)
 
Will it work? Yes, but it shuts the music off automatically when you hit call or answer a call. It will auto-resume when the call is disconnected.
