Help 3 issues involving restarts and SD data

So I have the Vivid (obviously) and I've been having some problems with it for a while now and cannot seem to find the answers by searching.

1st problem
Some times the speakers won't play sound from videos from online sources (Ex. Youtube) The only way of fixing this is to restart my phone

2nd Problem
After Restarting my phone it goes into the updating applications screen (every time) It has some 37 applications that it updates. I'm not sure what those 37 are or why its only those and not all of them.

3rd Problem
I have a 32 GB microSD card in the phone that is almost full of music. When the phone is done updating and starting after it has restarted it won't read the apps or any other files stored on the SD cards (the internal as well) The only way to remedy this is connecting the phone to my computer and hitting the mass storage device option. Then going to charge only and unplugging. I've already tried formatting the SD card with the phone and that didn't work.

These issues are fairly annoying but aren't major problems because they can be fixed. It's just annoying to fix them.

The phone is updated to 4.0.3 if you need any additional info please ask.

Hello followmylogic and welcome to these forums. Usually, not always, when phones start having multiple problems such as you describe.. it's time to clean house. I know a factory reset is a hassle but it's likely the fix. Updating the same 37 apps is not right. You could try going into the settings and apps and see if they truly need updating. Update them. They won't all need updated again... updates aren't near that frequent on any app. It's the same thing with reading your SD card as well as your speakers. Too many problems....

I have the same phone and have the same problems. I've never lost anything off of my SD card though, it just takes a while for all the apps and media to appear after a restart. I heard it's normal for them to update all installed apps after a restart since they upgraded to ice-cream Sandwich os. The more apps you have, the longer it takes to start... takes mine about nine minutes with 150 apps. It's very annoying when I have to restart it a couple times a day to get my network working again.
