Root 3 ROM'S Flashed-2 need to go

I have searched for 2 days, but can't find how to do this.
I flashed 3 ROM's, but after having various issues, went back to the
1st one. I want to remove all traces of the other 2 including the restore backup points on the recovery screen. How do I do this? I have only found instructions on removing the root completely to get rid of all traces of a previous ROM.
Thanks......Matthew

When you flash a rom you should wipe data/factor reset, wipe cache, and wipe dalvik cache, that would remove any trace of the rom from your phone memory. If you want to delete the nandroids they are on your SD card, usually in a folder with the same name as your recovery "clockworkmod" or "TWRP"

yeah, the nandroids are in your clockworkmod/backup folder. however, if you didn't rename them, it may be difficult to remember which is which. i would make a new nandroid, then rename it right away to something you will remember what it is, then delet all the others.

Well, as I was searching and searching for this I knew there was an easy way to do it that I just was not seeing.

Got it now....thanks again

edit......yea, all those dates are confusing. I will rename from no on.

Be careful with renaming, if you change the MD5sum they can not be restored. If you use a notes program you can keep a note on your SD with the date/time of each backup and the rom info.

This is about the only reason I use ROM manager. It makes it really easy to delete or restore backups. I've never had a problem using it to do either.

I agree w/ that for the most part but I have renamed a backup w/ ROM manager and gotten an ms5 mismatch, not saying don't use it, just be careful(and remember if u get a ms5 mismatch from renaming, name it in the date format its originally in and it should work)
