3 way calling problem on Sprint Hero

I just got my Sprint Hero on Saturday, but am not able to make 3 way calls with it. It puts the first call on hold, and appears like it is trying to call the 2nd number, but it never rings or connects. I stopped in my Sprint store to have them help me with it. Clerk working there tried it with his Hero and had the same problem. HELP!!!

This works just fine on the Moment. Im just sayin'.

Also. Moving this to the Sprint Hero section as its Hero specific.
