I just ordered one for $239 OTD here. No $25 Play money but also no tax vs. Best Buy's sale, and I'll have it Wednesday.:D

ETA: WiFi version...
 
you might want to look for more deals on Black Friday, I'm sure you can find better deal, you can return it with with in 30 days. FYI it only has 25gb of free space, just don't be so shocked.
 
I bought mine at best buy in Delaware so I got it for $239 with no sales tax and the $25 play store credit so I'm very happy.
