why does my phone storage says it has 32GB,,but i cant use it instead 117mb is the maximum size?

Sounds faulty?
When manufacturers say one size, it's never normally that size as you lose a bit to the formatting/the file system and the OS itself. But if you've only got 117MB, something is definitely amiss, it should be at least 25GB usable.
What device do you own? Could you join up and maybe post a screen shot of your storage screen?
