$35 beyond talk plan.....not showing minutes used?

This is weird.....why doesn't it show i'm using some of my 300 minutes? I have used the phone for probably 15-20minutes of talk time so far......i thought it might be the widget having an issue but the website also shows no minutes used.

Did you use a kickback code when you activated your account or get bonus minutes some other way? If so, look in your call history on the website and see if there is an entry that says something like "Bonus." It's the only place it'll show up, and they take away from your bonus minutes before regular minutes. If not, I have no clue, except sometimes it takes the system a while to catch up.

Hey, you were right, i did have some bonus minutes for some reason, i'm not sure why so that is why the widget says i still have 300......not sure where they came from though as I didn't use any special codes.

Sometimes if you contact VM because of a problem, they will give you bonus minutes for your trouble. Or maybe you're just special. Yeah, the widget can't handle bonus minutes, probably because VM's own system handles them in such a goofy fashion... Glad to help you figure that out!

Really.... is there any reason to argue with either bonus minutes or just not loosing your minutes? I wouldn't care how I got them, just be happy you got them.
