3D Buildings in Google maps

Anyone know why the 3D buildings in Google maps may not work. Me and my wife both have the exact same phone (Samsung Galaxy Vibrant) in Canada on the Bell network and they don't work for either of us. OS and maps version are both up to date and everything works fine other than the 3d buildings. Any suggestions?

What city are you looking at? You need to zoomed in quite a bit for them to appear.

Nevermind, just tried it now and all of a sudden it's working. Not sure what happened but thanks anyway for replying.
