This is how I do it. Ensure you are able to read clearly at the recommend distance (30 - 40cm or 12 to 16 inches) wearing your glasses if you need them. Push the 3D button to get the 3D interface running and move it around to the gallery. You should notice that the top left corner of the flower image appears closer to you. Slowly twist and angle the phone until it shows the most effect. That's your sweet spot. Next rotate the interface to the 3D guide and watch the 3 images rotating. Again you can slowly twist and angle the phone to find the best effect. Try touching one of the rotating images at it's closest point to realise how far out from the phone the illusion is.
