Help 3G and H

So I generally have 3G over the upload/download arrows showing in the message bar. As soon as I click on something where data is required it changes to H while there is data activity. As soon as the data stops It's back to 3G again.
Is this just poor 3G availability or is there something else going on?

H stands for HSPA, it's the data "turbo" of 3G

So that's good then, right?

I just downloaded the speedtest.net app. For a server 40km away I'm getting around 4.6Mbs download and .476Mbs upload. That's actually faster than my pc internet connection but it seems slower when browsing.

1 It's quite alright

2 My phone's speed by WiFi is up to 20Mbs, but the phone's browser seems much slower than the PC's browser.
Anyhow, sometimes the phone's browser seems to have the same speed as with 7Mbs on 3G/H

I think, it is a RAM issue

From what I've read on the XDA forums it's supposed to do that, it's supposed to be on 3G until there's a connection and then it'll turn to HSDPA, no idea why though.
