3G connection Drop when WIFI Hotspot USB Tethering Active

I'm having trouble using Wifi Hotspot or USB Tethering on my LG Optimus One. My handset is equipped with Android Froyo 2.2.

My 3G connection drops as soon as I activate my USB Tethering or Wifi Hotspot.


Is there a known issue regarding this on Android Froyo 2.2?

I have 2 HTC Desire's that are doing the same thing with Froyo 2.2. The mobile network will drop offline and just say 'connecting' until the WiFi hotspot or USB tethering is deactivated.
