Help 3G Data Hogging

Hi all,

I am having tons of problems with my new Galaxy S in terms of data usage. It racked up 100MB in 3 days and all I have used is Gmail. I turned all other syncs off and I am mostly connected to wifi. My significant other has an HTC Incredible with same settings and it uses 80% less data than that. Anyone have any problems with ghost data on the Galaxy S?

Did you activate automatic app update or something?

Also, wifi is turned off when the phone screen is off.
