3g dongle not supporting

hi i am currently using haier tablet pad821. i brought it from china. i am unable to use 3g dongle for net connection. i was told it will work on 3g dongle. it works fine with wifi network.
it doesnot have mobile networks or APN as it doesnot have sim card slot. so i want help on that................
all the suggestion are heartly greeted...........

Well, first I believe you will need an OTG cable to connect the dongle to your Tablet. Then I've seen some people have luck with the following process, but it requires rooting your tablet and some other technical steps.

A simpler option is probably to pick up a 3G wifi router and plug your dongle into that, then use your tablet's wifi to connect to the network.
