Help 3g download better?

OK, it seems whenever I am on 4g or wifi browsing through either tapatalk or Facebook app it takes forever to load. But when I switch to 3g it seems to almost instantly download the page. What's up with that?
 
Yes, but even if I wasn't, why wouldn't wifi be alot faster...I have about 22mb download on the computer ...
 
I've noticed at times even with a very strong 4G signal the page loads to about 80% and then stalls for a few seconds before finishing. I've noticed this on the stock browser, Chrome, and Dolphin on both my GNex and the MAXX.
