3G H E icon not visible :(

Please help me, I turned the Data Network Mode ON but still the 3G Icon isnt visible. I cannot surf. I checked the APN settings, its good.
I dont know what to do.

Someone help me. please.

Where did the APN settings come from? And where did the phone come from? Note that if the phone was bought in the states, 3G won't work in the Philippines. Also, in Mobile Networks, check if you are in dual mode/auto mode, not in GSM only.
